The Best of Van Halen, Vol. 1
By Van Halen

- Dancin In The Streets - -

I can't believe it's been 330 days since I joined the wonderful world of Xanga! And I've updated less than 10 times. What a frickin slacker I have become!

So, what's new in my life you ask? Well...

My family is wonderful, except recently we all had the flu. Including me, which means I had to miss 1.5 days of school.  This is very rare for my Type-A self! Shocked?

I recently visited with some 2004 graduates, including two of my favorites, Bridget Whalen and Kari Bloomquist. It was a good time.

My Currently Playing WOULD be Sheryl Crow's Greatest Hits, but it seems that I either misplaced it, or someone STOLE it from my vechicle. Either way, I'm missing out on some great tunes. That is a quality CD.

Speaking of good music, I really enjoy Shania Twain's new Greatest Hits cd, the last 3 tracks are my favorite and I particularly enjoy "Party For Two". True or False people?

The last movie I saw in theaters was Meet The Fockers which I thought was one of the best sequals I've ever seen.

I just finished reading the DaVinci Code - which was probably the best book I've ever read. I also completed the Bourne Identity, which was NOT like the movie at all, but very good as well.  I'm hoping to start the book Angels and Demons soon!

Check out my currently playing for one of my favorite songs in history.

In other news, I'm proud to report that Rick Pike is carrying on the tradition of speaking in my 8-octaves-below-mornal-human-sounds-Devil Voice! I sometimes hear him in the halls and I chuckle to myself.

Well devils, my life is hectic as always and I need to go avoid those ulcers!

Sorry about my lack of updation lately, but as you know, I'm an insanely busy man!

Lately my life has been pretty great. I recently read the DaVinci Code and I really enjoyed it, definately a good read.  I'm also currently reading another novel.

Other than books, I got a really cool video game thing you hook up to your TV for Christmas, and I've been playing that almost non-stop. Ask me about my addiction.

By the way devils, speaking of frickin gifts, for my birthday I recieved the Purple Rain CD by Prince. I know it's a little outdated (1985) but it's probably the best CD ever made!

School is just frickin great lately. I'm tormenting my Civics classes and teaching until the bell rings....even on Fridays!  True or False?

Well, I'm going to update soon, and that's a promise!

Until then children,

Let the bodies hit the floor!!

HELLO!

Guess who's back? Back again...

It is I, the one and only Mr. Tusken!  Well, let me tell you a little bit about my summer...

It was so peaceful.  It was the best summer I've had in memory. I did a lot of projects around our house, but  at the same time spent more time relaxing as well especially at my in-laws cabin.

My school year is much less stressful since I'm not doing exec. board, which seems a little strange, but I'm enjoying the ulcer free life.

Leave me a comment devils!

Devils!!!!!

It's sad to see another class come and go here at DHS.... I will definately miss the class of 2004...they were one of the best here in years!

I was complaining on graduation night about the random screams when people would walk across stage. It's a FORMAL ceremony!!!! This is NOT Central...

on another note, I just LOVE summer!

I love to spend time with my family and life has definately become 40% less stressful.

My Immortal

My thoughts:

I am happy it's sunny! Unfortunately, the nice weather causes my students behavior to become that of the devil's spawn!

I would also like to express that it only took 18 weeks to get a new overhead screen in my classroom.  It is much nicer to show overheads on the screen rather than the stucco(plaster) wall.  I would like to conclude this thought by saying that you don't know what you've got til it's gone.  As deeply saddened as I was by the loss of my overhead screen earlier this year, I am now equally overjoyed by it's return.  And again, this futher demonstrates my lack of a social life.

Also, in my search for the address of Fon Du Lac Tribal and COmmunity College...I was denied by the smart filter. GO FIGURE.

That's it!
